Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. Information gathered on our site is for One World Café’s use only, for the purpose of conducting One World Café business. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy
Your payment and personal information are always safe. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions and encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot
be read over the internet. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.

Refund Policy
One World Café is unable to offer refunds or exchanges at this time, except in the case of breakage during shipping. For clothing orders, please check the measurements carefully against your own, as all sales are considered final. In the event that the item that you receive is damaged, please contact Monica@oneworld-cafe.com within 7 days of receipt of your item. Unfortunately, claims made after 7 days of receipt of your item can not be processed. In the event that your item is not received, please contact Monica@oneworld-cafe.com

Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
Items ordered from One World Café will ship out every week on Tuesdays. Orders must be placed by Sunday evening in order to ship out on the following Tuesday. In the event that an order is placed on Monday, it will not be shipped until a week from the following Tuesday.

We use the USPS for shipping. All orders with a value over $150 will have insurance costs added to overall shipping costs. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or areas outside of the continental US.

Shipping and handling costs will vary with the item and quantities of items purchased. Illinois state sales tax will be added to all orders.
